Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged product received
* Product received in leaked or tampered condition
To request a return, please email us at Connect@madsip.coffee within 48 hours of delivery along with:
* Order ID
* Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
* Opened or used products
* Change of taste preference
* Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
* Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
